Judith is a graduate of the College of Osteopaths. Prior to that she worked for 25 years as a Chartered Physiotherapist, where she gained a broad experience working in hospitals and latterly, in-house in a GP practice, where she helped to set up and run a Rheumatology clinic.
When she is not at work, Judith enjoys working with and competing her horses in British Eventing and Dressage competitions and walking her dog around the Cheshire country side. She has been fortunate to work with and observe many of the country’s top riders and trainers. This has given her a deep insight into the problems that riders,(and horses), can develop as a result of training and competition.
Whether you are a sports person coping with injuries or just an every day member of the public coping with aches and pains, Judith is happy to have a no obligations discussion about the problems you are having and will be able to advise you whether osteopathic treatment can help.
Matt attained a distinction in his Masters of Osteopathy degree at Swansea University. He has a keen interest in the rehabilitation of chronic and sports-related injuries, but has clinical experience treating a wide range of conditions. Matt is registered and regulated by the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
Matt has experience working in private practice, as well as an NHS referral scheme in which patients were referred by General Practitioners, physiotherapists, and orthopaedic consultants.
Matt's approach to osteopathic medicine is very much patient-centred. This entails developing specific treatment plans, exercise programmes, and health advice for each individual patient.
Outside of the clinic Matt has a passion for sports and exercise, and participates in football, athletics, weight-training, and squash on a regular basis.
Lydia began working as an Osteopath at Williams Osteopathic Clinic in 2022. Having worked within the practice as a receptionist since she was 14, she made the decision to switch to osteopathy and went to study at Swansea University, from which she graduated in July 2022. Whilst studying, Lydia had the opportunity to work within both private and NHS funded clinics, where she gained experience with a great variety of patients of different ages, each complaining of individual aches and pains.
At Williams Osteopathic Clinic, Lydia continues to work alongside her patients, treating and educating them to improve their symptoms, and working together to reach their goals.
Outside of work, Lydia enjoys sport, having played lacrosse from a young age at the local sports club, and spending time outdoors with friends and her dog, Toby.
Lydia is excited to continue working at the clinic and always looks forward to meeting patients and making them feel better.
