information on appointment types

Initial Consultation & Treatment

This option is for those who are new to the clinic and are yet to be assessed by our practicioners.

Within the appointment, the practitioner will attempt to assess and diagnose the issue and then dependant on the result, will treat the problem within the same appointment. (Please be aware that some issues may not be a "quick fix" and may require multiple sessions to correct the issue). upon conclusion of the appointment, your practitioner will assign you a treatment plan and also give you any advice on how to improve your condition.

This appointment type is also open for those who have not visited the clinic in the past two years, due to the length of time between appointments a reassessment is required to ensure that the correct care is provided.

Standard treatment & Student osteopathy

This option is for returning patients, either for a check up, body M.O.T or as part of an ongoing treatment plan, (as explained above).

Think of this as an "MOT" for your body, the osteopath will assess the progress of any previously agreed treatment plans and also provide a treatment to assist in getting your body back to normal and "road-worthy".

Student osteopathy is within this same bracket, however the treatment is offered at a subsidised rate and available to those who are currently in full time education.
