Is osteopathy painful?

Treatment should never be painful. Some movements may feel slightly uncomfortable but we will always work within your comfort level.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person, their condition and their recovery is unique. We’ll review your progress together and create a plan that suits you.

Can I claim on insurance?

Most private health insurers will cover osteopathy. We will provide an invoice for your claim. Please check with your insurer prior to treatment as each provider is different.

Is osteopathy regulated?

All our osteopaths are registered with governing body, the ‘General Osteopathic Council’. Search for your osteopath here on the GOsC website.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Notice: To avoid a charge, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance [Monday-Friday]if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows: If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not attend without notifying us, you will be charged for the missed appointment.
